Research shows that most of us spend 7 of every 10 minutes we are awake in some form of communication activity. Of these 7 minutes (or 70 percent of the time we are awake),

Hi Ganesh,
Very interesting stats! Interpersonal skills are most important in life and in the workplace. Empathy, body language, listening skills, negotiation skills and verbal communication are key.
